EV Access - PHX Sky Harbor Airport Pick Up

When you first book your PHX Airport rental, you will receive a message that looks like the message below. Some important things to remember are that we cannot accommodate airport drop-offs with a 12-hour or less notification window. These cars will have to be picked up at our Airport Office which is a 10-minute Lyft ride away (and be sure to use Lyft, they’re cheaper than Uber).

When leaving the 24th Street Parking Station, YOU are required to pay the parking fee which can be up to $42. When you return the car, we will pay that parking fee.

Also below, you will find what the the 24th Street Parking Station looks like. This parking lot is accessible by the PHX Skytrain, so do not fear, your car is still near!

Hey Renters!

Thank you for renting one of our Tesla’s! This will be a contactless digital pickup, and you will use the App to unlock the car; there is no need to coordinate your schedule with me. Turo will grant you access to the car up to 30 minutes before your trip start time. Running late? No problem! The car and app won’t mind 😌

Pickup Instructions:

1️⃣ Take the Sky Train to 24th Street Station at the PHX Airport - https://www.skyharbor.com/parking/parking-rates-directions/

2️⃣ After arriving at 24th Street Location, use the App's GPS function to find your car!

3️⃣ Select GET STARTED and unlock the car with the App, then setup your Tesla controls: https://lttltn.com/controls-video
